Key Result Areas
Topline Sales
- Annual/Monthly Budget finalization in co-ordination with Brands.
- Developing monthly business Plans with Marketplace partners and Brands
Merchandising & Inventory Management
- Planning overall merchandise selection in coordination with brands based on stock availability
- Replenishment & pullback of stocks as and when necessary to maintain optimization of healthy STR, DOC, brokenness, ageing, season etc.
- WH capacity planning & allocation among brands.
Partner Relationship
- Developing strategical relationship with all partners
Cost Optimization
- Evaluating all aspects periodically, developing new processes /vendors /technology to reduce cost across multiple teams & processes: Discount, shoot, catalogue, logistics, packaging, customer service, resources, outsourced tech development etc.
New Partner / Vendor Development
- Identifying and developing new B2C marketplace partners Closing business structure and onboarding them technically & operationally.
- Identifying & onboarding new vendors for all processes for better quality, cost optimization and better processes.
Studio & Catalogue
- Formulating processes and constant monitoring along with various stakeholders to ensure faster turnaround time with good quality.
- Cost optimization, as this activity has highest operational cost annually.
Marketplace Order Dispatch
- Coordination with Warehouse & tech teams to ensure all orders are dispatched within SLA. Forecasting volume and coordinating with central supply chain to ensure adequate measures are taken.
Brand.com Operations
- Managing dispatch, forward & reverse logistics, packaging, refunds & customer service for all Brand.com orders & Customers.
Team Development
- Grooming current team members to make them emerge as better & stronger professionals.
- Fostering high performance team members to take more responsibilities and putting them on fast-track growth path to have a sustained leadership in the team.
- Recruiting strong candidates to keep a strong backup line.
