Job Title - Head/Director of Infrastructure
Pay Range - Up to 95 LPA
Location - Tricity/NCR
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all technology operations, including network security, and assess their alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement IT policies and systems that support the strategic goals set by senior leadership.
- Analyze business needs across departments to identify and address technology requirements.
- Procure efficient, cost-effective hardware, software, and other technological resources.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an IT Director or in a comparable leadership role.
- Expertise in analyzing, implementing, and evaluating IT systems and their technical specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
- Experience managing and controlling IT budgets.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
