Designation - Head DIGITAL SALES

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 15+years

Background

Our Client has nearly 1 million registered users on its site. Company offers 2 premium products which are leaders in its category and is priced at a premium. Nearly 35000 clients from above 1 million registered users have converted as a paid client over the last few years. These registered enquiries on our portal are constantly engaged with us through various engagement strategies.

What would the Head Digital Sales be responsible for -

  • Create an Engagement framework to collaborate, educate and draw the registered leads to the new product platform
  • Each JAR would be a specific product and hence the role would have Product & Revenue targets
  • Build marketing and sales strategy around conversion of registered leads to new product platform clients.
  • Work alongside tech team to build the required Optics, Features, Ease of Use to facilitate a seamless DIY experience with the clients.
  • Work along with Finance team to collaborate with payment gateways & other financial compliances ( GST etc )
  • Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure all guidelines prescribed by SEBI is in order.
  • Create content so suit business requirements to facilitate business growth
  • Build & Execute a Business plan which will contribute towards the growth of the company .
  • Head Digital Sales has the discretion to offer these JARS beyond the 1 million registered users, however in a phased manner.

The person should possess the following

  • Entrepreneurial thinking process.
  • Ability to build a business ground up.
  • Collaborate with internal stake holders
  • Experience of developing and heading a product / division in an independent manner
  • Knowledge of equity markets & psyche of Retail investors.
  • Ability to think big & build a team capable of executing the plan.
  • Innovation in Products , processes & Pricing
  • Experience of selling products to users in a faceless manner ( Only Digital )
  • Problem solver & a product architect with phenomenal zeal to excel.
  • Hunger to be the leader in the digital advisory segment over the next 3 years.
