This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our online sales strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless customer experience. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and strategic individual who can manage the end-to-end operations across e-commerce platforms, from user acquisition to conversion and retention.
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives.
Site Management & Optimization:
Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve site performance and conversion rates.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and aesthetics.
Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
Develop and manage content strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Customer
Experience & Retention:
Design and implement customer retention programs such as loyalty programs, subscriptions, and personalized experiences.
Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase lifetime value.
Inventory & Fulfilment:
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfilment.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and shipping carriers.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use analytics platforms to gather insights on customer behavior, sales performance, and website metrics.
Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results[1]oriented environment.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
8+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a DTC environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords), and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
