Job Description
- Lead the design and monthly category activation through all the regional branch leads and marketing leads for each category
- Develop and implement the annual customer marketing strategy which aligns with the company's overall business goals
- Will be responsible to oversee the AOP planning for all categories, including delivering on top-line growth, BTL expenditures and distribution goals
- Own all the trade programs and new projects across the year, ensuring they are implemented efficiently and effectively across all functions and regions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with regional heads, zonal heads and marketing team to meet the category and brand requirements
- Measure and analyse the performance of BTL activities and trade programs across functions to align with the overall marketing and business strategies
- Manage and mentor the Branch Customer Marketing Manager, Demand Planner, Category Trade Marketing Managers and Channel activation managers across all channels
The Successful Applicant
- Strong FMCG experience for more than 10 years
- More than 5 years of experience in General Trade
- Relevant experience in Customer Marketing of more than 3 years
- MBA Tier 1 Institute - Batch of 2009 to 2011 only
- Relocate to Ahmedabad
