Head Counselor

We are looking for a Head Counselor to join our team at ALLEN Digital.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational counseling, with 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in an academic setting facing similar challenges.

Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage team and student interactions.

Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to use insights to drive decision-making and improve student services.

Experienced in crisis management and problem-solving, particularly in an educational context.
