Seasoned and competent Quality professional with over 20+ years of experience; of which at least 3-5 years have been in Quality leadership roles.
Extensive experience with auto component manufacturing companies; preferably having a high volume-low value product portfolio.
Significant experience in turnaround strategies for quality improvement as well as leading wins for Quality Awards / Certifications.
Qualified engineer with certifications in relevant quality systems ISO / TS / IATF / Six Sigma etc.
Total Quality Management Professional (TQMP) brining hands-on experience of leading TQM, Manufacturing Excellence implementation in an organisation.
Experience of working with organisations having a quality culture and relentless focus on manufacturing and process excellence.
Cross functional exposure to manufacturing and other operations related functions would be considered valuable.
Well networked and connected in the Quality fraternity and industry circles.
Seasoned, qualified and passionate Quality leader bringing hands-on experience of driving the change towards creation of an organization wide quality culture. Strong communicator, collaborator and relationship builder who can lead through influence.
