Build a strong ecosystem (including internal team) for making quality of finishing and handover as a differentiator.

Partner with SCM to develop strategic partnerships / alliances for high end finishing, interior and fit outs.

Guide Tendering team on finishing requirement as per the contract. Provide technical inputs and drive strong focus on approach towards package finalization, finishing methodologies and handing over processes.

Guide project teams on key finishing milestones and standards. Manage the operations with cost efficient finishing and delivery of projects as per the contract.

Engage with the customer on project finishing and handover matters.
