Event: AFC Men's Beach Soccer Asian Cup 2025
The Head Coach for the India Men's National Beach Soccer Team will lead preparations for the AFC Men's Beach Soccer Asian Cup 2025 in March 2025 in Thailand. This role focuses on creating targeted training programs, strategic game planning, and building a high-performance team environment to sharpen the team's competitive edge on the Asian stage.
Key Deliverables
- Develop and implement tactical and technical training programs specific to Beach Soccer.
- Analyse team strengths and areas of improvement; devise game plans and strategies to maximize team performance.
- Plan and conduct regular training sessions to improve skill, fitness, and understanding of the game among players.
- Foster a positive training environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and high performance.
- Provide individual coaching to players to enhance technical skills, decision-making, and agility required for Beach Soccer.
- Submit performance reports, including assessments of individual and team growth for the tournament, and final tournament report
- Engage in media interviews and public relations activities as required by AIFF
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, preferably at the National or International level.
- AFC Beach Soccer Level 1 and above or equivalent coaching license.
- Strong understanding of Beach Soccer-specific tactics, player development, and training methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Adaptable, dedicated, and able to inspire players toward high-level performance.
