We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef with a deep expertise in sushi, dumplings, and other Asian dishes to lead our kitchen team. In this role, you will craft innovative and high-quality Asian cuisine, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute a diverse menu featuring sushi, dumplings, and other Asian specialties.
Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Head Chef with a focus on sushi and Asian cuisine.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and inspiring a culinary team.
Exceptional creativity and passion for Asian culinary arts.
