Job Description: Head - Training & Capability Building
1.Manage the entire activities related to Training & Capability Building of the Muthoot Group Companies / institutions.
2.Training Content development as per the requirement of the Company in liaison with the stakeholders viz. Divisional Heads /Business Heads / Zonal Heads / Regional Heads /Dept. Heads etc., Preparation of modules as per content developed and imparting training using latest Training methodologies available in the industry.
3.Preparation of training calendar on monthly/Quarterly/half yearly / annual basis and scheduling the training as per the calendar.
4. Conduct of training both in online and offline mode using the training centres available viz. MMA, Regional Learning Centres, ROs etc., located in various States. Also ensuring the availability of competent trainers to hold training programmes.
5.Conduct research to identify the measures to be taken for capability building of our workforce to meet the Organizational goals. The research output to be implemented in Trainings after obtaining approvals from the Management.
6.Conducting surveys / feedback in our operational units to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings imparted.
7. Frequent visit to ROs/RLCs/Div. Head Quarters to interact with Divisional Heads / Regional Heads/ Branch Heads , employees etc., to identify the training needs and structure the training programmes in line with operational unit's requirements.
8.In addition, other duties and responsibilities entrusted by the Management time to time.
