Position: Head - Business Development and Operations of O&M of water waster water treatment and Utility management services.

Qualification: ME(Envi)/BE(Mech/Chem/Civil)/ MSc chemistry/Any degree

Experience: 12 - 15 years

Must have experience in waste water treatment in sales Manager Business Development

Job Requirements:

1) Candidate having hands on experience of Business Development and operations of Operation & maintenance of water and waster water treatments(ETP,STP,WTP,ZLD) and Utility management services of various industries in Private and public sector companies in India.

2) The candidate should have rich knowledge in the process of STP,ETP,ZLD and chemical treatment. Knowledge in the process of other utility services is an added advantage.

3) The candidate should have knowledge in Bidding process of in various portals like GeM etc.

4) The candidate should effectively coordinate with Client as well as with our Tender department during pr and post bidding process.

5) Identifying potential customers in the private sector as well as in Public/Govt sector and creating enquiries and converting them into business is a prime responsibility.

6) Coordination with inter department colleagues in our organisation especially with HR/Accounts department for fulfilling all the statutory obligations of client and making the on time billing(Invoicing) is key responsibility.

7) Collection of on time payment from customers is a prime responsibility.

8) Periodical customer visit wherever & whenever required for Business Development and customer relationship is mandatory.

9) He should have go getting Attitude with full of energy to perform.

10) Effective communication to sitesupervisors as well as with the customers is important.

11) Coordination with the HR team as well as with Site supervisors for fulfilling the vacancies in customer places quickly is mandatory.

12) Ethics, integrity and transparency in every action is appreciated.

13) hardworking, commitment(ownership) towards job is essential.

14) Candidate should be in the position to get a lead from the customers for Turnkey Projects in water and waste water treatment and for vertices of the organization.
