Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Barista at Coffee Culture in Surat. The Head Barista will be responsible for overseeing the coffee preparation, managing the team of baristas, providing excellent customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the cafe.

• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the food and beverage industry
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
• Certification in Barista training programs
