Responsibilities :
* Own the contractual components pertaining to all the applications
* Responsible for Change the Bank function for the all the applications under the 3 towers.
* Responsible for application functioning (production and non-production)
* Owner of the end-ot-end solution for the applications
* Co-ordination with Vendors and partners for (1) implementation (2) Production
Support (3) Non-Production support
* Manage the SLA and KPI for all the application related incidents and service requests
* Planning and prioritization of the projects / changes to application
* Sequencing and resolution of interdependencies between application towers
* Resource management
* Reporting and communication management with leadership team
* Budgeting and Forecasting (spend management)
* Invoicing and payments to the vendors / partners
* Manage overall application architecture and the DFD's across the application estate
