Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Accountant at Mind Masala in Chennai. As the Head Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of accountants and collaborating with other departments to drive financial growth and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
