We're seeking someone to join our team as a HCM Operations Analyst to work on operational support across the Talent & Compliance team within HR Solutions, understand the details of the process and performs transition execution with a focus around business change, risk, SLA and regulatory initiatives.
In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Analyst level position within the Talent & Compliance Team which is responsible for ensuring compliance as per regulatory requirement by conducting regular audit in coordination with Coverage, Compliance and recruiters, process employee referral payments and equity buy out payments, end to end ownership of the i9 process globally along with approval of ergonomic equipment and HR Invoices.

What You'll Do In The Role
- Manage operational activities within the agreed timelines, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Manage escalations/inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by completing data audits and working with HRES /HR partners to correct the data.
- Partner with shared services vendors to execute on mass uploads and system configurations.
- Provide process improvements solutions and design the new To-be process.
- Ability to identify process issues through day-to-day transactional work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholders to determine resolution.
- Work with team lead to prioritize assigned work.
What You'll Bring To The Role
- At least 0-2 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree with operational experience.
- Communication/client relationship skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with HR partners.
- Must be a team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of Workday, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, DocuSign. HR Reporting and data analysis a plus.
- Ability to work independently to figure things out and be comfortable to propose solution.
