Compensation JD:

HCM Cloud functional consultant with 8 years of expert domain knowledge covering the hire to retire cycle, having worked in COMPENSATION module. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.

  • The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.
  • The candidate must have expert working experience in 2 or more of these modules along with the Core HR module

  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
  • The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager
  • Assist in identifying, assessing and resolving complex functional issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables

HCM Cloud Technical consultant with 8 years of expert domain knowledge covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.

  • The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.
  • The candidate must have expert working experience in writing FAST FORMULAE and also exposure to one or 2 modules as mentioned below:
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Compensation
  • Recruiting (ORC)
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
  • The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.

HCM Integration Specialist

HCM Cloud Technical consultant with 8 years of expert domain knowledge covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.

  • The candidate is expected to have 10 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.
  • The candidate must have expert working experience in INTEGRATIONS and also exposure to one or 2 modules as mentioned below:
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll
  • Benefits
  • Compensation
  • Recruiting (ORC)
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow.
  • The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement-gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.

Oracle HCM Benefits & Payroll Requirement

The candidate is expected to have 6 8 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations.

  • The candidate must have expertise on Benefits & Payroll modules.
  • In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow
  • The candidate should have previous experience on PeopleSoft/EBS.
  • The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live
  • Should be able to provide consulting on best-practices guidance on business processes and implementation
  • Design, and build/configuration of complex requirements in Oracle Cloud
  • Understand the business requirements and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud
  • Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
  • Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems
  • Work with technical streams and provide guidance on integrations, conversions and reports.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
