Job Description

Approval on Shipping Docs

Monitoring and managing the ticket queue

Respond to and follow up with orders in a timely manner

Meet the agreed SLA/KPI

Orders placed in the queue, need to be submitted through the supplier ordering portal

EOR & IOR

Commercial Invoice Creation

Shipment Booking

Create shipping docs

Create AWB and PL

Provide the shipping docs and tracking information to the requester by coordinating with multiple teams

Monitor the ticket till final delivery.

Create shipping documents (CI, AWB) and ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the MORs are in place and compliant with shipping practices.

Help process the Move Order Requests (MORs), which are placed from various warehouses across several locations - both Google and non-Google sites
