Piping stress analysis of critical lines connected to all sensitive equipment, support design, preparation procurement related document like MRs and bid evaluation /
Preparing cost estimates / manhour estimates and business development activities.
Knowledge of plant design codes like ASME B 31.1 / 31.3 / 31.4 / 31.8 / ASME SEC VIII and equipment design codes.
Leading the large mega projects independently
Leading large stress team and managing clients
Knowledge of quality compliance related procedure, reviewing contract documents, BDEPs, project technical audits.
Key Skills Required:
Understanding of Project Scope of work, budget, and schedule
Interdisciplinary technical Coordination with effective communication
Vendor document review
Stress Analysis, Support Design, Piperack Design, Caesar II
SIF calculation for non-standard fittings
Knowledge and experience in analysis of Jacketed piping, buried piping, pipelines, non-metallic piping etc.
Knowledge of dynamic analysis, vibration analysis, slug, or two-phase flow analysis
In-depth knowledge of Caesar II latest software and 3D model review software
Knowledge of various types of expansion bellows, spring supports and its applications
Knowledge of vibration analysis, pulsation analysis and surge analysis will be added advantage
Experience in checking stress analysis calculations, reports and documents
Knowledge of stress analysis of high-temperature and high-pressure piping systems, codes, and guidelines
Preparation of support standards and special supports.
Knowledge of various materials used in high temperature and low temperature services.
Knowledge of vibration related analysis, pulsation analysis and surge analysis will be added advantage.
Trouble shooting and resolution of vibrations and other site related issues.
