1. Design engineering and procurement experience in clean room, dry room for giga factory such as Semi-Conductor, Battery, PV solar cell, Chemical & Petrochemical plants.
2. Awareness with Indian codes and international codes and standards.
3. Awareness of different types of Refrigeration plant, types of different refrigerants, availability, and cost estimation.
4. Development of Air flow diagram / schematic drawings, BOQ and Cost estimation.
5. Enquiry, TBA: Preparation of enquiry document, with Project scope, technical specifications, Data sheets, Price schedule.
6. Review, analysis of offers, technical tabulation of offers and sending queries to bidders and receipt of revised offers, preparing recommendations.
