Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general understanding of work outside their own area.
They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.
When the work is non-routine, they escalate to a manager and/or receive specific instructions prior to completing.
Based on business rules, employee needs to:
Analyze and processes/ reprocesses transactions,
Completes keying of information under non-standard forms of keying rules,
Analyzes and finds solutions for individual clients/transactions.
Analyzes and interprets client documents.
Requirements:
Typical Years of Experience - Typically requires 9- 18 months relevant experience.
Minimum Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Ability to understand moderately complex problems.
Ability to understand and interpret source documents.
Basic understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance domain.
