Responsibilities:

• Log all requests in Provided Record Book/application and Respond quickly priority wise to incoming IT Requests/Issue.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly Reports and send it to the Reporting Managers.
• Desktop, Laptop, Server, Routine Hardware & Software & Applications Awareness.
• WSUS & Security, Patches Vulnerability, Logs & Error Route Cause Identifications.
• VPN, RDP, Web Meet & Office 365 Support, AD, DHCP, DNS, IP4, IMAP POP Knowledge.
• Print Server & Printer Related Support, MIS, Report, Preparation & Documentations.
• LAN, WAN, VLAN, Basic Router & Switches, AV, VC, Backup Console & Ticketing Tool.
• Data-Centre Management & Monitoring, Server, Storage & firewall CCTV knowledge.
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license and provide data when required.
