Design & Development of Electronic hardware subsystems , High / Low Speed Multilayer PCB Design , Design as per IEC Standrds Hardware Engineer directly works in the projects, follows the process for design and development of products and evaluation of products to meet customer requirements.
The role is responsible for:
- Design & Development of hardware subsystems including High / Low Speed Multilayer PCB Design
- Debugging and testing of hardwares.
- Component sourcing and vendor development for R&D
- Mixed signal board design & development
- Modify existing hardware in line with the function requirements or use cases.
- Collaborate with software developers and implement APIs for h/w-sw interfaces.
- EMI/EMC , Safty Standards
- Create and maintain design documents in line with regulation process.
- Design Verification and Validation
- Design for Manufacturig , Design for Testing
Technical skills required:
- Use of Oscilloscope, Logic analyzer, Spectrum Analyser and related tools
- Use of Eagle, Altium or equivalent tool
- Strong understanding of IEC 60601-1 IEC 60601-1-2, ISO 13485 , CISPER 11 , CISPER 32
- Testing & Debugging Capability
- Signal Integrity, Power Integrity,
- Communication Protocols - I2C, SPI, UART, USB etc.
- Design and development of STM32.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Electronics,PCB & Hardware designing and Regulatory Requirements in the Medical Device Industry
- BE in Electronics and communication
