Hardware COE Head

Hardware (HW) CoE Head is responsible for delivering state of the art Marelli Electronic products across all Business Units supported by Technical R&D India from concept to project award to product launch to post production maintenance, VAVE, enhancement, redesign, obsolesence management

Key Responsibilities

1. End to End product/Hardware System, HW requirements, HW architectures & design development, Layout development, Certification coordination, deployment & Maintenance

2. Develop World class Product/System, HW - requirements, architectures & design engineering team

3. Manage escalations and remove roadblocks within the System, HW -requirements, architectures& design domain

4. Ensure the application of Marelli & Industry process, method & tools

5. Release the best System, HW -requirements, architectures & design estimation for the acquisition the new business

Required Experience

10+ years of automotive HW, product design & development experience (RF expertize is a plus)

Experience working on one or more end to end automotive products design, development & deployment in the product class Cluster, Body, Telematics, IVI, Cockpit, Engine/Transmission/Lighting control module is essential

3 years leadership experience of Hardware engineerig, leading cross functional team
