Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a hardware and network engineer at LogicRays Technologies in Ahmedabad. The Hardware and Network Engineer will be responsible for network administration, engineering, troubleshooting, security, and design daily.

Qualifications

• The Computer Hardware Basic Technician is responsible for installing software like Linux and Windows.
• maintenance, and repair of computer hardware components.
• This role requires a solid understanding of computer systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• The technician will work closely with end-users and other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of computer hardware resources.
• Sometimes technician has to go outside or on the field for some work related to laptop repair and changing.
• Maintain all laptop-related data of employees and provide support if needed.
