Job description:-Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Hiring front end operators through various channels like referrals, Quikr and Indeed.
- On-board new employees and HR induction in order to become fully integrated.
- Handling HR Generalist activities
- Employee Engagement and grievance handling
- Looking after employee relations and performance Management.
- Attendance Management of Store Operators
- HR counselling for non-performers in the store.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduated from a reputed University
- 2-3 Years of Experience in end to end recruitments
- Experience in HR Operations
- Should be well versed in using various job posting sites and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational, analytical, self-management and goal setting skills.
- Must be good in English, Hindi and any of the regional languages
- Good communicational and coordination skills
- Immediate Joiners or Candidates with Notice Max of 15 Days preferred.
