Key Responsibilities:

• Identify market trends and opportunities to attract new members.
• Sales Process:
• Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting features and benefits.
• Explain membership options, pricing, and promotions.
• Close sales through effective negotiation and addressing objections.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current members.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into memberships.
• Handle membership renewals and upgrades.

• Supervise Sales Team:
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Set Goals:
• Establish sales targets and objectives for the team.
• Monitor and report on team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Motivate & Inspire:
• Create a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
• Recognize and reward team achievements and individual contributions.

• Ensure Satisfaction:
• Address member concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to support member retention.
• Engage with Members:
• Organize and participate in member events and activities.
• Gather and analyze member feedback to improve services.

• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee the management of sales-related supplies and materials.
• Ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and available.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations within the gym environment.

• Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase gym visibility.
• Community Engagement:
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive membership sales.
• Represent the gym at community events and networking opportunities.
