Job Title: GxP Technical Owner/Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all technical track initiatives, including ensuring system compliance, coordination of releases and upgrades, impact assessments and validation efforts, and dependency management with other teams and vendors
- Responsible for GlobalLink, and supporting Veeva Integrations (COSMOS, VaultRIM)*
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT System integrations, including coordination of development with vendors and dependent teams, deployment, release, upgrades, documentation, and support
- On all of the above: prioritize and clearly communicate those priorities, and their necessities, to Product Owner and Scrummaster
Main job tasks:
- Ensure tech track prioritizes initiatives and stays aligned with business objectives
- Keep system owners and business stakeholder updated and informed on system status and compliance
- Work closely with Product Owner and Scrummaster to align product and tech track priorities
- Support system manager and project team to ensure technical objectives are completed
- Manage dependencies with internal teams and external vendors to ensure adequate system architecture for IT Systems and integrations
- Continually identify bottlenecks and improvements in tech track processes, and standardize and streamline those processes
- Ensure all systems have required assessment and validations during each release and upgrade
- Extend support on Test coordination/validation activities IT Systems
- Ensure relevant documentation is captured and maintained as required
Experience:
- Experience in system design and implementation can understand architectural diagrams, principles, APIs, protocols, security, etc. Specific GlobalLink experience not required.
- Experience of working on GxP based application and thorough understanding of the process being followed as part of GxP to always stay compliant
- Experience in Agile based project methodologies
