Role: Gx R&D Lead based at Aurangabad.

Job description:

* He would overall head of R&D taking care of formulation, analytical, regulatory , licensing etc.

* He must have competency and experience in developing OSD, NDDS, Injectable products

1.As a member of the Site Management Team, the Job Holder will provide governance of, and support to, the Pharmaceutical Quality System.

2.To develop new products up to the finished primary pack and provide full analytical and pharmaceutical development data for Module 3 of the Marketing Authorisations.

3.To be responsible for all aspects of technology transfer of new and existing UK products that are manufactured other third party facilities.

4.To provide a high quality technical development facility in support of Production, Logistics, Quality Group Regulatory Affairs, Export, Sales as required.

5.To support contract manufacturing and site transfers.

6.To ensure that work in the Research & Development laboratories is carried out according to GMP.

7.To ensure safe operation in Research & Development facilities at all times.

To ensure training, motivation and development of scientific staff.
