Good understanding of SQL and proficient in writing queries.
Preferred to have worked on any ETL tool like SSIS.
Understanding of data loading frameworks for data migration and data integration projects.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Strong analytical skills to build data mapping from Guidewire Claims/Policy Data model to legacy systems.
Preferred to have knowledge of guidewire datahub and infocenter.
Good understanding of Property & Casualty and/or Life & Annuities, Group Insurance domain and work experience in at least one of the operational areas New Business, Policy Administration, Claims and Billing
Conducting interviews and questionnaire session with the business team, stakeholders and different subsidiaries of Client.
Preparing Business process flows and eliciting the business requirements and documenting comprehensive business requirements on the data side.
Conducting brainstorming session with business team and technical team to design the architecture of data mart.
Data mapping of various systems to data mart.
Data mapping of legacy systems to guidewire or any other policy admin system.
Conducting requirement gathering sessions for client reporting requirement.
Would be able to perform reconciliation at different stages of data load.
