We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Developer to join our team at RELQ Technologies. As a Guidewire Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Guidewire Insurance Suite.
Your role will involve collaborating with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients needs.
Responsibilities:
Designing and developing software solutions using Guidewire Insurance Suite components such as Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center, and Datahub.
Configuring and customizing Guidewire applications to meet specific business requirements. Integrating Guidewire with external systems and third-party applications.
Developing and executing test cases to ensure software quality and reliability. Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within Guidewire applications.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Staying updated with the latest Guidewire versions, tools, and technologies.
Participating in Agile development processes and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Guidewire Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Guidewire InsuranceSuite components and architecture.
Proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire configuration, integration, and customization. Familiarity with web services, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Certification in Guidewire development or related areas is a plus.
