Job Description
Skills:
Customer Service, Hospitality, Guest Service Management, restaurant service, Bar, Banquet Operations,
Handling F&B Operations and guest queries for Loka Restaurant, Inroom Dining and Banquet.
Daily Set up for Buffet as per company standards as per SOP.
Handle team and support Restaurant operation
Indenting and maintain stock for guest inventory.
Avoid mishandling and reduce pilferage, reduce breakage,.
Set Menu and ensure guest are supported and made available all the menu!
Follow standards as per Hotels/FSSAI.
maintain Hygiene and Grooming as per hotel standards
