Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Guest Services Associate to join our team at Avolta. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their travel experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of travel industry and airport operations is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in, baggage handling, and other travel-related services
• Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, flight delays, and airport facilities
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure guest safety and security at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest services area
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Promote and upsell Avolta products and services to guests
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in guest services
