Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Officer at Hyatt Regency in Thrissur. The Guest Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, communication with guests, handling receptionist duties, and ensuring guest satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Receptionist Duties proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
