We are looking for a Guest Service Associate to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest loyalty and positive reviews

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience in guest service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel booking software and payment systems
• Fluency in English and Hindi
