Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Specialist at Bombay Gourmet Market located in Assagao, Goa.

The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest relations, enhancing customer experiences, and driving sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to create positive customer experiences
• Sales skills
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
