Job Title: Intern - Guest Relations Manager

Job Type: Work from Office

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Cater to client needs for entertainment, dining, and other engagements.
• Make reservations and offer activity recommendations.
• Assist with organizing on-site events.
• Provide local area information and directions.
• Acquire tickets and make reservations for events and recreational activities.
• Fulfill special requests and coordinate unique guest experiences.
• Develop and maintain service relationships.
• Create and maintain payment-related data.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of local attractions.
• Service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts and weekends.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
