Job Description:

We are seeking an Airbnb Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As an Airbnb Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties, ensuring that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.

The coordinator should be available on their phone every day from 9AM to 10PM to answer to enquiries and any issues promptly!

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for guests staying at our Airbnb properties, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Manage all aspects of the Airbnb booking process, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

Collaborate with the cleaning and maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate property cleanings, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

Handle guest complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Maintain guests records.

Requirements:

Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to be available on your phone/computer to answer enquiries within 1h, any time from 9AM to 10PM, 7 days a week.
