.Warmly greet and interact with all guests, ensuring a positive experience.
Provide exceptional service by attending to guests needs promptly and courteously.
Maintain a professional appearance and possess effective communication skills.
Actively listen to and address guest complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner.
Implement customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Adhere to brand standards and guidelines, maintaining consistency in service and presentation.
Handle guest complaints with tact and diplomacy, striving to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
Maintain awareness of all brand offerings, promotions, and events to effectively communicate with guests.
Oversee inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed ( glassware, liquor, beverages)
