Position: Guest Relations Manager with Sales Background
Role Overview:
As the Guest Relations Manager at Altairo, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience while leveraging your sales expertise to drive business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their needs and expectations to ensure their complete satisfaction. Your role will also involve identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities, contributing to the overall success of Altairo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience with Altairo.
- Sales Support: Leverage your sales background to identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Altairo's products and services. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Ensure that any issues are followed up and resolved to the client's satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute client events and showroom visits, providing personalised tours and presentations to showcase Altairo's offerings. Ensure that events are well-organised and align with the brand's luxury standards.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work with internal teams to implement changes that enhance the client experience.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor staff on best practices for guest relations and client management. Foster a culture of exceptional service and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales opportunities, and feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or sales, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end design industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage clients effectively and convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
