Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests on arrival and checking them in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing recommendations and solutions.
- Responding to guest queries and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to the relevant department where necessary.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping department to ensure that office cabins are cleaned and prepared to the required standard.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Collaborating with the front office team to ensure that guest profiles and preferences are updated regularly, and that guest feedback is captured and acted upon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
