Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greeting guests on arrival and checking them in, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
2. Anticipating guest needs and proactively providing recommendations and solutions.
3. Responding to guest queries and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating issues to the relevant department where necessary.
4. Coordinating with the housekeeping department to ensure that office cabins are cleaned and prepared to the required standard.
5. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
6. Collaborating with the front office team to ensure that guest profiles and preferences are updated regularly, and that guest feedback is captured and acted upon.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach.
5. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
Requirements:
Only Females are preferred
Age limit- Below 27
Salary- 22-27 based on experience
Work Location- Jayamahal Extension, Crescent Road
Candidates residing in and around work location is preferred
