With 54 plush rooms, we provide our guests with a truly aristocratic stay experience.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Solaris Hotel Indore. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a memorable and delightful experience during their stay. This is a full-time position based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front desk role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office software
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process
  • Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Listen to and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding hotel services, promotions, and events
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or functions
  • Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
