Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at Sewara Hospitality. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest requests and inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting with receptionist duties. The role will involve interacting with guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales and up-selling
• Proficiency in handling receptionist duties
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and local area attractions
• Fluency in English and additional local languages is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include experience in the hospitality industry, a diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field, and knowledge of reservation systems.
