Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts in Gangtok. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communicating effectively, providing exceptional customer service, handling sales inquiries, and performing receptionist duties.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
