FinCity is looking for Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Front Office Management: Meet and greet guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, make them comfortable, answer any queries, and confidently communicate with the clients
- Property Tour: Work out strategies to effectively engage with the client, explain the property details and specifications and highlight the benefits
- Relationship Management: Manage the relationship till sale materializes or it reaches a logical conclusion. Thereafter, ensure on-boarding on the loyalty program
- Loyalty Referral Management: Work on generating possible referrals from assigned Priority relationships and other sources
- Product Innovation: Contribute to new product ideas and marketing based on learnings and insights acquired in dealing with customers
- Reporting: Submit any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
Qualifications:
- Female candidates preferred
- Owned two-wheeler preferred
- Positive attitude and outgoing pleasing personality is essential
- Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
- Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Exceptional customer service skills
