Job Opening: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for Highrise Towers Sales Office
Location: Mazgoan, Mumbai
Role Overview: We are seeking a cosmopolitan and experienced Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for our upcoming highrise towers catering to High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs). The GRE will serve as the face of the company, greeting and assisting all potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all potential clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client experience.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or refer them to the relevant department.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must reside in Mumbai.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: INR 37,000
- Additional benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other standard benefits.
