Role Description

We are hiring a Guest Relation Executive for our Mumbai location. This is a full-time, on-site role. As a guest relations executive, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and creating positive dining experiences for our guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and feedback, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
