Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive at Grape County Eco Resort & Spa in Nashik. The role involves tasks such as managing guest relations, providing excellent customer service, handling sales inquiries, and performing receptionist duties.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
