Job Description -
- To respond and direct customer queries to the sales representative and assign a customer to the Sales Representative in the site office.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Gather feedback from the customer for the site experience
- Supervise the upkeep of the sales office and administration and Monitor office expenses and costs
- Monitor office supplies and keep updated MIS records and files
- Maintains security by following procedures
